Disposition versions
20.02. The employee who, on 1 January, has less than 1 year of continuous service with the same employer, receives an uninterrupted leave for a duration determined at the rate of 1 working day of vacation for each month of continuous service up to a maximum duration of 2 weeks. The vacation pay is equal to 4% of the employee’s wage from the time he is hired until 31 December of the preceding year.
20.02. The employee who, on 1 January, has less than 1 year of continuous service with the same employer, receives 1 working day of vacation for each month of continuous service up to a maximum duration of 2 weeks. The vacation pay is equal to 4% of the employee’s wage from the time he is hired until 31 December of the preceding year.
